About The Event
We are so pleased to welcome Jo Sina on a monthly basis to teach Afrobeats. The class will be progressive starting with foundational movements and building on them as the class progresses. A short break is included for lunch. People are encouraged to bring lunch with them. The Incubator has a fridge, sink, and microwave.
Dress comfortably in clothes that allow for ease of movement. Bring plenty of water to stay hydrated.
