The Meetup Space

We provide the space.

You make the perfect event happen.

The Meetup Space is perfect for intimate gatherings of up to 30 people. It can be used for board meetings, baby showers, wedding showers, birthday parties, graduation parties, retirement celebrations, anniversary celebrations or for a holiday get together.

We offer:  a 450 sq ft dance floor, various lighting settings, WIFI, an electric fireplace, one long table, 6 two person round tables, multiple seating areas, cards and board games, two bathrooms with complementary toiletry items for your guests, seating that can be rearranged to fit your needs and a small outdoor area. There is street parking and a free parking deck behind our building.

We will even give a dance lesson at your event if you want to add a unique experience for you and your guests. 

Contact us with your event needs and we will send detailed pricing. Once you have paid the deposit, 50% of the event rental, your date is reserved and we won't plan anything during the times of your event. If your event is cancelled, we will refund you 50% of the deposit. 

Event Rental: $75/hr, 2 hour minimum

 - Refundable Cleaning Fee: $80

 - Insurance Required

Meeting Rental: $25/hr, 2 hour minimum  

- This is an introductory rate. Pricing will increase.

- Multiple Booking Discount Available
- This rate is for the Meetup Space. The work spaces maybe occupied by the owner and the massage service. 

- Refundable Cleaning Fee: $50

Relax by the fireplace, host a meeting, make the space fancy, or cozy, it is up to you.
